At AndaSeat, we are committed to your comfort and satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via the official portal with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Disassemble the chair carefully and pack all components back into the original shipping box, ensuring all hardware and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for damages, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
